How can I track my order?
We will email you with your tracking information via Australia Post or a nominated courier. You will be able to track directly via their website. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received through your inbox.
If I change my mind, can I return my items?
All requests for refunds are at the full discretion of Just Fillin’ in Time and may not refund due to change of mind of the customer. Once the return of goods is confirmed by Just Fillin in Time, goods must be returned within 5 days.
Requests for a refund, replacement or return must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Partial or full refund requests must be supported with pictures of the damaged item, clearly showing the area of damage to the product.
Any returns may require the customer to pay for return postage of item and subsequent replacement of item.
All goods must be returned in the same packaging (where possible) and the same original condition as received.
Customer must provide evidence of return postage (tracking number, screenshot of receipt of postage)
My order arrived damaged or has missing items. What do I do?
Don't panic. We will help you to get this sorted. Please reach out via email with details and attach images of any damage for our reference, or details of the missing item from your order.
Postage & Handling - Bulky & Fragile Items
Items over 5kg or exceeding 500mm x 500mm are considered bulky items and are excluded from our standard shipping rates. We charge postage based on the cubic weight equivalent of the package required. Effectively, large items require large cartons to post and will therefore incur a higher cost. This is in alignment with current Australia Post charges. For shipping quotes on large item furniture and fragile items such as large mirrors, please contact us directly via our website contact form or email. Alternatively, we offer a Click & Collect option.
Postage & Handling - Standard Items
Items less than 5kg and smaller than 500mmx500mm in dimension are eligible for our standard shipping rates calculated at checkout. This includes free standard shipping on orders over $150-.
